Tumbling is a breath-taking type of gymnastics which is one of the most inspiring disciplines within our club. Its all about somersaults, flips, flics and cartwheels and very invigorating to watch. The whole process is over within seconds of starting the runs, anyone can learn, any age, ability, size or shape.

Women's Artistic
Women's artistic is a beautiful type of gymnastics to be involved in, whether you're an experienced performer or taking your first steps in the sport. You get to discover four separate activities, each one requiring a routine full of elegant moves that show off your strength, skill and control. Whatever your age and ability level, it's easy to get started in women's artistic gymnastics.

Acrobatic
Acrobatic gymnastics (previously called sport acrobatics) is a competitive gymnastic discipline where partnerships of gymnasts work together and perform figures consisting of acrobatic moves, dance and tumbling, set to music. There are three types of routines; a 'balance' routine where the focus is on strength, poise and flexibility; a 'dynamic' routine which includes throws, somersaults and catches and a 'combined' routine which includes elements from both balance and dynamic.
